Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 733,785 and represented 74.73% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (416.77K), followed by Sussex (182.53K), and Kent (134.49K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.99%), followed by Kent (74.68%), and New Castle (73.41%).
