Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 723,160 and represented 74.73% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (410.33K), followed by Sussex (179.24K), and Kent (133.60K).

In terms of percentages, Sussex had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (77.84%), followed by Kent (74.58%), and New Castle (73.50%).
