Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 1,989,385 and represented 70.81% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (368.51K), followed by Sedgwick (333.79K), and Shawnee (127.63K).

In terms of percentages, Decatur had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.92%), followed by Republic (80.97%), and Smith (80.69%).
