Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,110,055 and represented 71.96% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (434.49K), followed by Sedgwick (364.91K), and Shawnee (132.63K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.97%), followed by Woodson (80.54%), and Trego (80.35%).
