Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,122,790 and represented 72.26% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (444.42K), followed by Sedgwick (370.30K), and Shawnee (132.57K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.45%), followed by Comanche (81.60%), and Ellsworth (81.46%).
