Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,097,050 and represented 72.00% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (428.32K), followed by Sedgwick (360.77K), and Shawnee (131.67K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.18%), followed by Trego (81.25%), and Woodson (80.74%).
