Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,134,491 and represented 72.42% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (450.16K), followed by Sedgwick (373.59K), and Shawnee (132.68K).

In terms of percentages, Pawnee had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.49%), followed by Ellsworth (81.32%), and Comanche (79.93%).
