Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,189,845 and represented 74.43% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (534.79K), followed by Fayette (211.51K), and Kenton (115.78K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.22%), followed by Lee (79.85%), and Calloway (79.78%).
