Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,362,355 and represented 75.36% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (569.28K), followed by Fayette (235.53K), and Kenton (123.53K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.74%), followed by Elliott (81.97%), and Edmonson (81.02%).
