Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,401,787 and represented 75.02% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (570.23K), followed by Fayette (234.84K), and Kenton (127.23K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.64%), followed by Elliott (82.93%), and Lee (81.38%).
