Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,378,375 and represented 75.17% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (575.82K), followed by Fayette (235.13K), and Kenton (124.73K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.31%), followed by Elliott (81.79%), and Union (81.07%).
