Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,387,765 and represented 75.11% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (569.54K), followed by Fayette (234.36K), and Kenton (125.78K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.39%), followed by Elliott (83.30%), and Owsley (81.22%).
