Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,384,195 and represented 74.03% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (732.79K), followed by Jackson (481.05K), and St. Charles (253.42K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.31%), followed by DeKalb (81.16%), and Benton (80.66%).
