Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,663,105 and represented 75.60% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (745.26K), followed by Jackson (526.56K), and St. Charles (309.22K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.53%), followed by Stone (82.51%), and Benton (82.42%).
