Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,635,935 and represented 75.49% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (749.77K), followed by Jackson (523.04K), and St. Charles (301.75K).

In terms of percentages, Nodaway had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.26%), followed by Stone (82.74%), and Hickory (82.50%).
