Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,666,685 and represented 75.83% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (751.16K), followed by Jackson (528.06K), and St. Charles (307.29K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.14%), followed by Stone (82.79%), and Nodaway (82.36%).
