Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,685,988 and represented 75.68% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (743.68K), followed by Jackson (528.74K), and St. Charles (313.24K).

In terms of percentages, Stone had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.90%), followed by Hickory (82.67%), and Benton (82.50%).
