Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,630,115 and represented 75.60% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (747.11K), followed by Jackson (515.33K), and St. Charles (298.87K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.33%), followed by Nodaway (82.88%), and Stone (82.81%).
