Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 875,795 and represented 23.15% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (66.39K), followed by Ramsey (27.41K), and Dakota (8.09K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (8.28%), followed by Ramsey (7.73%), and Swift (3.50%).
