Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 875,795 and represented 19.98% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (155.83K), followed by St. Louis city (110.79K), and Jackson (109.52K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.92%), followed by Pemiscot (23.61%), and Jackson (22.77%).
