Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 972,205 and represented 21.00% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (173.90K), followed by Jackson (115.78K), and St. Louis city (102.96K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (43.62%), followed by Mississippi (24.64%), and Pemiscot (24.11%).
