Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 990,635 and represented 21.37% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (173.99K), followed by Jackson (115.70K), and St. Louis city (100.13K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (42.53%), followed by Mississippi (23.61%), and Pemiscot (23.60%).
