Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 993,790 and represented 21.31% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (174.04K), followed by Jackson (114.97K), and St. Louis city (94.11K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (41.18%), followed by Mississippi (23.39%), and St. Louis (23.35%).
