Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 989,960 and represented 21.13% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (174.47K), followed by Jackson (114.34K), and St. Louis city (91.63K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (40.68%), followed by St. Louis (23.46%), and Pemiscot (22.17%).
