Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 875,795 and represented 33.09% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (71.05K), followed by Tulsa (40.60K), and Comanche (14.12K).

In terms of percentages, Comanche had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (16.23%), followed by Oklahoma (14.70%), and Muskogee (11.16%).
