Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for South Carolina was 875,795 and represented 26.44% of the total South Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all South Carolina counties, Richland had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (121.98K), followed by Charleston (75.30K), and Greenville (55.13K).

In terms of percentages, Allendale had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (71.18%), followed by Williamsburg (64.72%), and Lee (62.66%).
