Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,494,380 and represented 28.61% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.80M), followed by DuPage (489.10K), and Lake (343.23K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.39%), followed by Menard (99.17%), and Calhoun (98.99%).
