Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,004,205 and represented 70.80% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (374.20K), followed by Sedgwick (337.45K), and Shawnee (128.40K).

In terms of percentages, Jewell had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.70%), followed by Rush (80.94%), and Decatur (80.67%).
