Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,215,270 and represented 74.50% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (538.80K), followed by Fayette (214.28K), and Kenton (116.74K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (85.08%), followed by Owsley (80.36%), and Calloway (79.81%).
