Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 889,640 and represented 20.15% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (158.51K), followed by St. Louis city (110.67K), and Jackson (109.77K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.90%), followed by Pemiscot (23.57%), and Jackson (22.71%).
