Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,506,185 and represented 28.57% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.80M), followed by DuPage (490.99K), and Lake (344.23K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.26%), followed by Jasper (98.79%), and Calhoun (98.73%).
