Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Arkansas was 2,126,800 and represented 72.93% of the total Arkansas population.

Among all Arkansas counties, Pulaski had the highest citizen voting-age population (279.12K), followed by Benton (145.82K), and Washington (137.35K).

In terms of percentages, Marion had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.57%), followed by Baxter (81.47%), and Izard (80.46%).
