Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Oregon was 2,763,610 and represented 72.03% of the total Oregon population.

Among all Oregon counties, Multnomah had the highest citizen voting-age population (531.88K), followed by Washington (348.43K), and Clackamas (274.42K).

In terms of percentages, Wheeler had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (84.83%), followed by Curry (82.84%), and Wallowa (80.55%).
