Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 902,495 and represented 20.30% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (161.07K), followed by St. Louis city (111.07K), and Jackson (110.45K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.79%), followed by Pemiscot (23.67%), and Mississippi (23.32%).
