Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen population for Alaska was 696,930 and represented 96.75% of the total Alaska population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest citizen population (282.92K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (95.82K), and Matanuska-Susitna (90.23K).

In terms of percentages, Wade Hampton had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (99.67%), followed by Bristol Bay (99.47%), and Yukon-Koyukuk (99.47%).
