Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Illinois was 3,196,010 and represented 26.87% of the total Illinois citizen population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (2.16M), followed by DuPage (628.17K), and Will (448.55K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.43%), followed by Jasper (98.64%), and Cumberland (98.31%).
