Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Illinois was 2,530,325 and represented 28.48% of the total Illinois citizen voting-age population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (1.80M), followed by DuPage (494.46K), and Lake (345.78K).

In terms of percentages, Scott had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.75%), followed by Calhoun (98.98%), and Cumberland (98.57%).
