Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Delaware was 664,535 and represented 73.15% of the total Delaware population.

Among all Delaware counties, New Castle had the highest citizen voting-age population (391.78K), followed by Sussex (151.86K), and Kent (120.90K).
