Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,030,850 and represented 70.81% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (385.44K), followed by Sedgwick (343.46K), and Shawnee (129.65K).

In terms of percentages, Decatur had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.60%), followed by Jewell (80.72%), and Rush (80.68%).
