Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Kentucky was 3,259,580 and represented 74.74% of the total Kentucky population.

Among all Kentucky counties, Jefferson had the highest citizen voting-age population (548.31K), followed by Fayette (219.72K), and Kenton (118.47K).

In terms of percentages, Lyon had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.98%), followed by Elliott (80.28%), and Lee (79.82%).
