Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,476,580 and represented 74.52% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (739.57K), followed by Jackson (490.64K), and St. Charles (266.49K).

In terms of percentages, Hickory had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.00%), followed by Benton (81.67%), and DeKalb (81.59%).
