Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 53,180 and represented 1.37% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (20.84K), followed by Ramsey (13.40K), and Dakota (8.66K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.01%), followed by Kandiyohi (6.62%), and Freeborn (5.52%).
