Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Virginia was 53,180 and represented 0.92% of the total Virginia citizen voting-age population.

Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (58.16K), followed by Prince William (28.91K), and Virginia Beach city (17.04K).

In terms of percentages, Manassas Park city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.91%), followed by Prince William (11.29%), and Manassas city (11.10%).
