Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 913,605 and represented 20.41% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (162.59K), followed by St. Louis city (111.80K), and Jackson (110.99K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.55%), followed by Mississippi (23.42%), and Pemiscot (23.26%).
