Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 2,043,785 and represented 70.89% of the total Kansas population.

Among all Kansas counties, Johnson had the highest citizen voting-age population (391.62K), followed by Sedgwick (346.23K), and Shawnee (129.85K).

In terms of percentages, Ellsworth had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.07%), followed by Rush (80.90%), and Decatur (80.62%).
