Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 4,503,000 and represented 74.70% of the total Missouri population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest citizen voting-age population (742.51K), followed by Jackson (493.44K), and St. Charles (270.86K).

In terms of percentages, DeKalb had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.03%), followed by Benton (81.96%), and Hickory (81.95%).
