Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2014, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 925,430 and represented 20.55% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, St. Louis had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (164.57K), followed by Jackson (111.77K), and St. Louis city (111.72K).

In terms of percentages, St. Louis city had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (46.38%), followed by Mississippi (23.71%), and Pemiscot (23.40%).
