Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Minnesota was 1,266,075 and represented 24.33% of the total Minnesota citizen population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (125.37K), followed by Ramsey (51.09K), and Dakota (18.55K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (11.26%), followed by Ramsey (10.51%), and Dakota (4.73%).
