Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 935,440 and represented 23.68% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (80.64K), followed by Ramsey (32.49K), and Dakota (11.73K).

In terms of percentages, Hennepin had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (9.43%), followed by Ramsey (8.76%), and Dakota (4.04%).
