Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2015, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Illinois was 3,196,310 and represented 26.78% of the total Illinois citizen population.

Among all Illinois counties, Cook had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (2.15M), followed by DuPage (622.80K), and Will (444.47K).

In terms of percentages, Hamilton had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.16%), followed by Jasper (98.32%), and Calhoun (97.89%).
